Phil has spent 25 years in the payments and fintech world. He offers a wealth of experience launching new card programs, leading companies and product strategy, and providing guidance as a board member.
Phil has been behind big programs like the Walgreens Mastercard, Chrysler Mastercard, and the H&R Block Emerald Card, plus other initiatives for Amex, Visa, and Mastercard. Phil led product and strategy at UnitedHealth Group’s Financial Services division before founding TruBeacon which he sold to First Data (now Fiserv).

Starting as an investment banker at Lehman Bros, Will held senior executive roles at AOL and First Data. Will was CFO of a real estate trading platform and CEO of a publicly traded company. Will is a graduate of Princeton University and Harvard Business School MBA.
Phil and Will first worked together at an internet business that was acquired by AOL and later on when Phil sold his business, TruBeacon, to First Data (now Fiserv). Will was running First Data’s venture investment team.

Todd started in marketing research and went on to hold leadership roles at several tech-focused companies before founding Secure Technology Group.
Since then, he’s helped shape strategy, drive corporate development, and guide product marketing at software firms serving large enterprise clients.
Todd and Phil met one another years ago while working on a community initiative to improve transportation safety in their hometowns.
Legal Counsel, Regulatory Expert
Ms. Stephens is an expert in the areas of advertising, marketing, sweepstakes and promotions, and Internet law. She provides counsel on compliance with federal and state regulatory requirements, especially those in connection with e-mail, promotions, social media, and other marketing activities. She negotiates agreements for sponsorships agreements, sweepstakes, contests and games. Her valued guidance pertains to official rules, website terms and conditions, privacy policies, state co-venturer laws, and charitable sales promotions.
Ms. Stephens received her JD from New York Law School in 2006 and her BA in Russian and Eurasian Studies from Mt. Holyoke College in 1994. Ms. Stephens was an associate in the Entertainment, Media and Technology group at Sheppard, Mullin, Richter & Hampton.
Ms. Stephens was the editor of Promotion Marketing Law, Seventh Edition published by the Promotion Marketing Association. She is a frequent speaker on the topic of Promotion Law at industry conferences.
